Shopping with Alvenore
These terms apply to use of the Alvenore storefront and orders placed through it. Read them with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery information and Returns & Refunds policy.
Products and choosing your fit
Check the description, selected colour and size, and any garment measurements before ordering. Sizing varies between styles. Screen settings can affect the appearance of a colour; this does not excuse a product being materially different from its description.
The collection features NIICE pieces. Product brand names identify the items and their collection.
Prices and order information
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Review the items, selected options, delivery charges and total shown at checkout before agreeing to pay.
An automatic acknowledgement records receipt of an order request. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about an appropriate solution, including a refund where payment has been taken.
Accounts and order changes
Provide accurate contact and delivery details, keep your account password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. If you need to change an order, contact Customer Care promptly with the order number. A change may depend on whether the parcel has already been dispatched.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies provided by Australian Consumer Law. Read Returns & Refunds for the process when an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or different from its description.
A voluntary exchange or change-of-mind request is separate from a consumer guarantee claim.
